For most applications, yes — the decision runs off your DOT and FMCSA record and usually comes back in minutes. When the system can't call it confidently, the application goes to a person instead. You don't lose your place in the queue and it doesn't cost extra.
How often will you charge me?
Once a week. Your spending for the billing week settles in a single charge on a single date for most accounts — not daily. The amount and the date are visible in the app before it happens.
When does the virtual card actually work?
At approval. Type the number in at the pump — you can fuel the same day. The physical card ships free and usually arrives within a few business days.
Are there monthly or transaction fees?
It depends on your account and how you use the card — see our fee schedule for current rates. We disclose every fee upfront, no surprises buried in the fine print.
Do you run a credit check?
We review each application using DOT/FMCSA data and other factors as part of underwriting. Details are shown during the application itself.
Where's the card accepted?
At 12,000+ fueling locations across our partner network, with coverage growing every month. The in-app map always shows accepting stops and today's discounted price along your route.
Do you support languages other than English?
Support answers in English, Russian, Kazakh and Uzbek. The app itself ships in English and Russian for now. If you'd rather speak another language when you call, tell us; it helps us prioritize what we build next.
What happens if a transaction is declined?
The app tells you the specific reason — like a daily limit — right away. Call the number on the back of your card, 24/7, and we'll work through it with you before you leave the pump.
